Our story
Dar Aghmoul Atlas is a restaurant in the Ouarzazate region. People come to eat, sit for a while and be received simply.
The previous website already presented Dar Aghmoul as a house of traditional Moroccan cooking, oriented towards sharing. The new name, Dar Aghmoul Atlas, keeps that intention and places it more clearly in the Atlas and in Amazigh culture.
No founding date, family lineage or historical tale of the establishment is published here until the hosts confirm it. Honesty starts with that restraint.
You enter a salon of carpets and low seating. Bread, tea, a tagine or couscous are shared. The welcome aims at warmth rather than display.
